Before work commences, we will use the client's briefing to create an event concept free of charge. We will then work with the client in formulating the event's goals and subsequently staging the event to suit the target group and meet the client's objectives. We will organize the associated catering, procure and install the appropriate technical systems and assume the organizational handling of the event. As a respectable agency, we provide detailed advice to our clients and will draw up a thorough budget and are meticulous in our final accounting.

The preparation of the concept and organization and staging of such activities as incentive trips, product launches, kick-offs, press conferences, road shows, conferences, congresses, etc.
The management of participants, including arrival logistics, invitations and the mailing of travel documents
Event location, artist and destination research
Graphic design for and the printing of the necessary printed matter, e.g. name badges, case tags, programs, menus, etc.
Contracting and coordination of all sub-contractors, e.g. hotels, catering services, engineering companies, transport companies, decorating companies, artists, photographers, etc.
Staging of the event with on-site care
